Anyway, on the me-needing-a-break thing, I’ve done what people tend to do when they’re in denial – not much.
Ok, maybe not ‘not much’ (damn, we are our own worst critics, eh?), I’ve actually taken my own advice and I’ve signed up to get some professional help about my MH thing. Which is terrifying, and something I’ve put off for too long, but it’s the best path really. So that’s good.
