Past sixty-nine

It’s always nice, passing the sixty-nine page mark. Perhaps because I always giggle. And then have to remind myself I’m a functioning adult, with lots of qualifications and substantial proof that I really really am a functioning adult. I promise. Just a … a special type of functioning adult, who giggles at the number 69.

(Me.)

Anyway, comic production’s going well. I often find it’s inversely proportional to the amount of work I get done for some reason. Weird.

For the sake of transparency and wholeness, here’s a few errors I’ve made recently:

(1) colour texture test to try figure out how the hell to get the name back on the boat in the right place – after I accidentally deleted all the original textures. Looks a bit like that elephant:

… Elmer or whatever. Very snazzy.

Error (2): I changed my mind and hit cancel a little too quickly after hitting render, and found an interesting software bug that resulted in …

… my eyes.

The final render in this position is very lovely because I spent a slightly illogical amount of time carefully morphing her boob so it squishes against the helm nicely. Anyway no spoilers, you’ll have to take my word for it.

And finally, (3): there’s no serious mistakes with this one (apart from her missing teeth), it’s just a nice test render that I’m not going to use in the upcoming comic because the final version looks far better! Hooray boobies! Even quick tests are so booby, it’s unbelievable!

Ahh, what was I thinking, designing Jilly, eh?

Probably something very high-brow and mature.

Comic update: I’ve now done 85 pages. So even if it’s as epic a comic as the last Kinfolk, we’re halfway there already. Pretty good going considering I’ve only been making it a week and a half.

Gives you some idea just how much work I’m getting done at my actual work.

  1. Jilly riding hard!

I understand the 69 Giggle. It’s the sign of a playful heart which seems to be an endangered human trait in some places.

Looking forward to some Cum Sail Away and orgasmic timber shivering.

    Comments seem to work now.

    Shine on!

  2. I think that every time I see that number. Then I have to figure out. Wait, is that by chance? Maybe a racer will have it…. Maybe the racer is giggling all the way down the track?

Thanks for your unusually great work.

    1. Yeah in my experience, racers do tend to have that slightly childish giggly tendency, hence the racing haha!

  3. Hi Sindy Anna. I just made a small donation to a safe house for women and children in my home town, As a thank you to you.
