You know when you log into your email and you have a hundred emails from people asking for permission to access a *public* document, that the system isn’t working.
Google Drive is a nightmare for some people, they accidentally delete shared folder contents (apparently), and can’t find the download link for PDFs (apparently). And if 20% of users are having this problem, you know really it’s Google’s fault: the layout isn’t clear enough; people are getting confused by bad design. So anyway, I’ve uploaded the latest comic to Sync (another cloud share) to try and help people access it:
Hopefully Sync’s clearer layout will help people know how to download the content.
